1. Data controller

Andrea Casali, freelance professional operating under the NUTO Studio brand, registered address Via Torretta 30, Bergamo (BG), Italy, VAT IT03762400960, email hello@nuto.studio (the "Controller"). For any request concerning personal data, write to this address.

2. What data we process

  • Contact requests: name, email address and the content of the message you send through the form or by email.
  • Call bookings: if you book through Calendly, your name, email and chosen slot are also processed by Calendly LLC under its privacy notice.
  • Browsing data: technical server logs (IP address, date and time, requested resource) collected by the hosting provider for security and operation.
  • Usage statistics: we use Plausible Analytics installed on our own servers. It collects aggregated, anonymous data (page views, referrers, device type) with no cookies and no personal identifiers, which is why the site shows no consent banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to requests and managing business contacts: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
  • Aggregated, anonymous, cookieless usage statistics: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).

4. Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship follows. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's terms. Usage statistics are aggregated and anonymous from the start.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by suppliers acting on behalf of the Controller: the site's hosting provider and Calendly LLC (call booking). Usage statistics stay on the Controller's servers and are not shared with anyone. Some suppliers are based outside the EU: in that case transfers rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You can exercise the rights set out in articles 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to hello@nuto.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

7. Other information

Providing data through the form is optional, but without the required fields we cannot reply. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. The site is not intended for children under 14. This notice may be updated: the date above indicates the latest revision.
